CEFADAY (Ceftriaxone Sodium) USP

Cefaday Injection is an antibacterial drug used to treat conditions such as lower respiratory tract infections, skin and skin structure infections, urinary tract infections, pelvic inflammatory disease, bacterial septicemia, bone and joint infections, and meningitis. It is also sometimes used before surgery and following a bite wound to try to prevent infection. Cefaday can be given by injection into a vein or into a muscle. It is on the WHO Model List of Essential Medicines, the most effective and safe medicines needed in a health system.
